Services

I provide a wide variety of services for individuals and organizations. Although I provide individual therapy and couple’s therapy, I am not currently taking new clients.

I’ve been told how hard it can be to find a therapist in this high demand time we are living in, but do not let that stop you from getting the assistance you are looking for. There are man sites that can offer guidance in your search, but what I have suggested as an option to those that have called is to check with psychologytoday.com. You can utilize their search filters to narrow your search. From there, take the time to read through the bios and see if any peak your interest or natural draw. Start with a list of 4-5, and then make some phone calls. Some will not call back; that’s okay even though it is frustrating. That is just good information in narrowing your search. For the one’s that do call back, get a feel for your initial interaction and rapport. The relationship is such a vital part of therapy success that’s important to be honest with yourself, regardless of appropriateness. For instance, you could be speaking to an awesome therapist, but their voice unknowingly irritates you. This would initially be a block. Get your momentum going with a good fit, and then you can work on why certain things are unnecessary blocks in your life.

Most of all, keep going toward the life you envision. Get in there and get uncomfortable. You’re worth it!
